FIXED FEE – We will manage your property/portfolio for a fixed monthly fee. Any additional services maybe included and will be organised by Prop Home and paid for by you as and when required.

FULLY MANAGED – We will take full control. All routine letting costs are included in the fee. This package is best suited for ‘hands off’ landlords who require us to take care of every aspect of letting and managing your property/s.
